MEET THE PRACTITIONER

ANDREA SCHMUTZ RN, AP, DOM

Andrea graduated from ATOM ( Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine ) with a degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine after working 10 years as an RN at Joe DiMaggio Memorial Hospital in Hollywood Florida, 5 of those years in Pediatric Oncology. Andrea was a top student at ATOM earning an "Outstanding Student Award" and other high honors.

As a native of Switzerland, Andrea is fluent in many languages including German, English, French and Spanish.

She is nationally board certified in Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and is licensed to practice acupuncture in the state of Florida.

With her skill and knowledge as a Registered Nurse, Andrea blends the best of western medicine with eastern medicine, and specializes in Infertility Treatment, Gynecology and Women's Health, and Oncology (Cancer Treatment & Chemotherapy Side effects).
